Allotment Incident Reporting
In order for us to take up the challenge regarding site security please could we all do the following when an incident occurs.
Report the incident to the Police. Now I do know chances are they won't do too much but we do need a crime number to help us fight the fight! Also remember that vandelism and theft are criminal acts. If you are standing there whilst an act of theft or vandelism is in progress dial 999 immediately and make it clear to the police that a crime is in progress, if you arrive to find the end result dial Gravesend 331055 to make a report.
Call Julie Stedman on 01474 33 74 93 at Gravesham to report the incident or email her (attach any photo's you have) to julie.stedman@gravesham.gov.uk . Make sure you ask her to acknowledge receipt. Also give her the crime number for reference.
Lastly use the contact us form below. Use the heading 'Incident Report' as the subject. Tell us your name & contact details, allotment and plot number, crime number and give a brief outline of the damage. We will do our best to contact you and in serious cases one of us will come over to give some support.
